Job Description
MedCore Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Patient Service Representative to join their growing healthcare team. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service, and the ability to handle patient inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently, both in English and Spanish. It's a full-time, permanent remote position.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Patient Service Representative or in a related healthcare administrative role specializing in Gastroenterology
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, EMR/EHR software, and basic office tools
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure
