Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Patient Service Representative or in a related healthcare administrative role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, EMR/EHR software, and basic office tools
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure
