Technical Program Manager - Value Delivery

BigPanda is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager - Value Delivery to join our Professional Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years project management experience with enterprise level IT Projects or ITSM SaaS Implementations - specifically in AIOps or ITOps.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions.
• Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude.
• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads.
• Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Experience developing and delivering value-oriented roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex projects statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones.
