Job Description
BigPanda is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and scale their recruiting efforts while managing a small, globally distributed recruiting team. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring 7+ years of recruiting experience and a strong ownership of GTM roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong ownership of GTM roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Experience recruiting across geographies and time zones
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
- Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate advocacy skills
