Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Provides day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping support at Bigos Management properties, ensuring the property and grounds meet the company's established standards and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Maintains exterior grounds and interior common areas in quality, presentable condition
• Completes general maintenance and upkeep responsibilities including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light carpentry, painting, and landscaping
• Assists onsite maintenance with open work order completion in apartments and common areas and assists with other general property upkeep as needed
• Maintains a positive, respectful, and professional manner with all residents, vendors, fellow employees, and the public
• Complies with all safety program requirements and works to promote safety in the workplace
