Job Description
Bigos Management is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support daily property maintenance and groundskeeping. The role involves maintaining exterior and interior properties, ensuring adherence to standards and resident satisfaction, and collaborating with on-site maintenance teams. The position requires a proactive individual comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Assistant
- Fluent in English
- Valid state driver’s license
