Job Description
BIGOS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on owned properties. The role involves ensuring standards are met, assisting the Property Manager, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive attitude and commitment to employee-first culture.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- 1+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential apartment setting
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
