Job Description
BBPOS is seeking a Hardware Manufacturing Process Engineering Lead to lead teams in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for their products. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, test, and packaging teams, focusing on reducing costs and improving product quality. The position will be based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, with significant on-site time at partner facilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading teams in new product ramp and sustained production.
- Experience working with final assembly, pack-out, and SMT production.
- Experience leading an engineering team in a manufacturing or development environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with CM teams.
- Analytical skills for parts tolerance and stackup analysis.
