The client is seeking a Hardware Lead Engineer to join their R&D center in Shenzhen, China. The role involves owning and delivering hardware projects from concept to mass production, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring world-class product standards. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consumer electronics product development
• Solid hands-on experience with Altium Designer (or equivalent EDA tools)
• Strong understanding of BOM management and component lifecycle
• Knowledge of modern electronic components, sourcing, and China market
• Practical experience preparing hardware documentation for factories
• Knowledge of hardware testing and debugging practices
• Ability to structure processes and keep documentation systematic
• Familiarity with hardware testing and debugging practices
• English proficiency
