Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a Production Engineer to drive process improvement projects and implement Kaizen events to enhance efficiency in manufacturing processes. This role involves identifying and resolving issues on production lines, collaborating with vendors, and supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. The position requires analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills within a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA or Power Supply Production preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCB materials, plastics, mechanical parts, and SMT/DIP assembly processes.
- Familiarity with Taiwanese business culture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
