Experienced Maintenance Tech

Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and providing an exceptional living experience for residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with residents and team members
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Physically capable of performing maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be available for on-call duties as needed
