Experienced Maintenance Tech

Banyan Living seeks an Experienced Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, routine maintenance, and upkeep of luxury apartments and community spaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with residents and team members
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Physically capable of performing maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
