Experienced Maintenance Tech

Banyan Living is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure properties are well-maintained and residents enjoy a comfortable living environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
