SVP, Relationship Manager, Middle Market

Banc of California is seeking a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, Middle Market to develop and manage a portfolio of primarily private clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in sales or relationship management, with experience in commercial and related lending and portfolio products preferred.

Requirements

• Develop and manage a portfolio of primarily privately-held business clients
• Grow revenue by prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Provide financial advice to clients and identify and sell appropriate bank products and services
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and centers of influence
• Structures and underwrites credits jointly with Loan Portfolio Managers
• Operate computer terminal or personal computer to process account activity
• Answer direct, telephonic or email questions from clients and staff
• Assume responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations
