SVP, Relationship Manager

Banc of California is seeking a SVP, Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of primarily private clients. The role involves growing revenue by prospecting for new business and retaining existing client relationships, providing financial advice, and building strong relationships with referral sources.

Requirements

• Develops and manages a portfolio of primarily privately-held business clients
• Acts as lead negotiator with prospects & clients
• Grows revenue by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Provides financial advice to clients and identifies and sells appropriate bank products and services
• Builds strong relationships with referral sources, centers of influence, etc.
• Structures and underwrites credits jointly with Loan Portfolio Managers
• Answers direct, telephonic or email questions from clients and staff
• Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations
