Job Description
The Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising in designated zones, ensuring a high-quality visual merchandising experience. They are responsible for visual standards, merchandising techniques, and maintaining a neat store environment to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. The ZL provides visual merchandising expertise and acts as a role model for ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Reliability and ethical conduct
