Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) role focuses on maintaining an active selling culture and a visually appealing store. The ZL supports merchandising, visual standards, in-store promotions, and ensures a cohesive and engaging store environment. They are responsible for tasks related to foot traffic, visual elements, team development, and data analysis.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
