Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) role supports merchandising in designated zones, ensuring visual standards are met and the sales environment is optimized. The ZL is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and inspiring space, leading teams, managing tasks, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while upholding company standards and ethical conduct. The role involves managing visual merchandising processes, overseeing team tasks, and participating in key business activities like foot traffic, inventory control, and ensuring financial accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
