The Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising in designated zones by maintaining visual standards, ensuring a positive sales culture, and driving sales through visual merchandising. The role involves planning merchandising activities, overseeing tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing training to team members.
