The Supervisor, Patient Services (Non-Clinical) is responsible for supervising and managing intake teams, improving systems and processes, and providing development and management support of associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Supervisory or applicable professional leadership experience
- Professional level knowledge of customer care techniques and processes
- In-depth understanding of insurance plans and benefit structures
- Experience managing special projects in a call center or similar environment
