Supervisor Patient Support

Millcreek Behavioral Health Residential Treatment Center provides comprehensive care to children and adolescents with mental health and intellectual challenges. This position focuses on providing medical, therapeutic, and supportive care to patients through a multidisciplinary team, including a supervisor team. The role involves coordinating patient activities, supervising staff, monitoring their well-being, and collaboration with other staff to promote patient wellness.

Requirements

• Provide medical or therapeutic care to patients.
• Coordinate staff activities and set performance expectations.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff.
• Participate in therapeutic or recreational group activities.
• Monitor and report patient well-being and record progress.
• Collaborate with other staff to treat and rehabilitate patients.
• Coordinate patient transportation as needed.
