As a pivotal member of the Assist team, the AI Deployment Strategist will drive adoption, quality, and tangible value for early customers, and shape the evolution and growth of Assist. The role is an excellent opportunity to influence the company's trajectory significantly, collaborating directly with the co-founder and CTO.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or implementation at a fast-growing SaaS company, or experience in top-tier management consulting or hands-on project management
- Strong understanding of or genuine excitement for AI, and ability to drive change management to encourage AI adoption across teams
- Experience in navigating complex landscapes to identify and resolve customer pain points, with a strategic focus on executive stakeholder management and influence
