Job Description
This specialist role focuses on ensuring efficient, effective, and optimal use of processes and applications within the company, particularly within GBS. It involves implementing new processes, analyzing existing processes for improvement, supporting customer implementations, and fostering process innovation. This role works closely with APLL functional teams and is vital to ensuring accurate implementation and effective customer service.
Requirements
- Improvement of processes within GBS (new/existing and corporate policies)
- Monitoring processes and KPI, suggesting and testing improvements
- Deployment of defined processes with training
- Support customer implementation projects
- Creation and updating of project plans and status reports
- Process improvement and innovation
- Data analysis for anomalies and outliers
- Root cause analysis
