Proposal Manager

Andworx is seeking an energetic hands-on Proposal Manager to join our fast-growing company. The role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing proposals. The Proposal Manager will lead full-cycle proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality from kickoff to submission.

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of experience in proposal management within government contracting, specifically including IT contracts
• Deep understanding of the Shipley Proposal Process and federal acquisition lifecycle
• Advanced proficiency in desktop publishing with Microsoft Word, including ability to format headings, sections, and styles
• Strong PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office Suite skill set
• Strong background in developing compliance matrices and managing proposal logistics
• Familiarity with federal government contract vehicles and IDIQs
• Familiarity with federal government opportunity pipeline process
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with reviewing and/or creating content for IT management, technical, and past performance responses
