BB&E is seeking a full-time Proposal Manager to support the Business Development Department on site at one of three office locations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in writing proposals and managing proposal teams, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva. The role involves writing, editing, and developing technical content to create compelling proposals, working closely with cross-functional teams, and supporting multiple proposals simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in writing proposals (preferred experience in responding to federal RFPs/RFIs)
- Experience in managing proposal teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining proposal schedules
- Experience in writing and updating project descriptions, resumes, win themes, and marketing material
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Science, or Related Field (or a minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration or other liberal arts degree)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate/Expert level in using AI / generative tools
