Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Principal RFIC Engineer to help build a team that delivers state-of-the-art RFIC capabilities for Anduril's RF products.
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in RF/analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
- Experience with RFIC circuit design and simulation tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, ADS, and HFSS.
- Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Knowledge of basic device physics and semiconductor technologies (SOI, SiGe, GaN, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
