Principal RF Integration Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer to join their team. This role involves designing, simulating, and verifying high-performance RF integrated circuits, from concept to mass production. The team will focus on building a world-class capability portfolio in advanced RFIC technology.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in RF/analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
• Experience with RFIC circuit design and simulation tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, ADS, and HFSS.
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
• Knowledge of basic device physics and semiconductor technologies (SOI, SiGe, GaN, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
