Principal RFIC Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Principal RFIC Engineer to help build a team that delivers state-of-the-art RFIC capabilities for Anduril's RF products. The successful candidate will design, simulate, and verify high-performance RF integrated circuits from concept to mass production.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in RF/analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design
• Experience with RFIC circuit design and simulation tools
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment
• Knowledge of basic device physics and semiconductor technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
