7-12+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital formation within private equity, real estate investment, or asset management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field

7+ years of construction experience, 4+ years as Project Manager, proficiency in MS Project and Procore
Project Engineer III (Multifamily Construction)
3+ years of experience in multifamily construction, degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office
Architect Project Manager (Multifamily Design)
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, 5+ years of experience in Revit, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Strong proficiency in architectural software and excellent communication and teamwork skills
