The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with accounting software (Sage, Intacct, or Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
