American Capital Group is seeking a Project Engineer III to join their multifamily construction team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction and a certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. They will assist with project schedules, budgets, and tasks, and ensure project completion on time, under budget, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a certification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in multifamily construction with an unrelated degree or without a certification or degree
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
