FIELD SUPERVISOR OSP EXECUTIOIN

The Field Supervisor OSP Execution is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of pipeline construction, maintenance, and repair projects. This role involves managing field personnel, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, maintaining project quality standards, and coordinating with project management to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Requirements

• Strong leadership with a capability to manage and deliver a pipeline project
• Previous experience in Project/ Construction Engineering/ Management in heavy industries/ mining/oil & gas
• Strong technical knowledge in related engineering (electrical/ instrumentation/ mechanical or civil/ structural)
• Experience in project management including reporting, quality control, budgets and cost control, and administration
• Strong relationship building and management skills with a good communication skill – Fluency in English and French
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• 10 years of progressive experience in pipeline project management
• Engineering degree in mechanical or equivalent – a Welding certificate is a plus
