Job Description
The Field Supervisor Plant Project leads on-site project field execution, managing project coordinators, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve projects safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and company policies.
Requirements
- Strong background in supervision of technical and construction personnel
- Experience in shutdown management (TPSD)
- Construction supervision/ coordination experience
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and use MS Project
- Fluency in English and French
- Engineering degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial, or electrical
- Minimum 10 years of experience as project coordinator II in complex chemical, hydrometallurgical projects or refineries
- Ability to lead and supervise multiple complex projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
