Job Description
Alo is seeking a Brand Protection Specialist – Investigations & Operations to support global brand protection efforts by coordinating offline investigations, overseeing test buy operations, and maintaining accurate case tracking systems. The role involves collaboration with investigators, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective enforcement activities. It is a remote position with occasional in-person collaboration.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in brand protection, investigations, legal operations, compliance, or an operational enforcement support role
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Familiarity with counterfeiting trends
- Clear communication and the ability to organize case information
- Experience with structured tracking systems (spreadsheets, Airtable, etc.)
