Job Description
ALO is seeking a Brand Protection Specialist, Investigations & Operations to support global brand protection efforts by coordinating counterfeit investigations, managing test buy operations, and maintaining case tracking systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and coordination with stakeholders across legal and brand teams. Remote work is essential with periodic travel to the Los Angeles area.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in brand protection, investigations, legal operations, compliance, or an operational enforcement support role
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Familiarity with counterfeiting trends
- Clear communication and escalation skills
- Experience maintaining structured tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets, Airtable, case management platforms)
- Experience supporting field enforcement operations, managing test buys, and coordinating vendor activities
