Job Description
ALO is seeking a Brand Protection Specialist to support global brand protection efforts with a focus on marketplaces and websites. This role involves identifying, escalating, and removing counterfeit listings, trademark abuse, and unauthorized use of brand assets. Strong attention to detail, trust & safety knowledge, and experience with enforcement tools are required.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in brand protection, online enforcement, trust & safety, content moderation, or marketplace compliance.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook) and their reporting/takedown processes.
- Experience with DMCA takedowns, trademark enforcement workflows, and digital rights management.
- Strong pattern recognition skills and attention to detail.
