Job Description
The Allen Institute for AI is seeking a Senior Manager of People Operations to oversee compensation design and administration, HRIS management, immigration, employment compliance, and recruiting/benefits programs. This role will lead a team of two direct reports and involve strategic decision-making to support the organization’s mission. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven experience designing and administering compensation plans
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes
- Solid understanding of employment law
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
