Senior Program Manager DEI

As a Senior Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Allegis Global Solutions, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, designing and implementing DEI strategies, and driving cultural change within the organization. You will work closely with senior business leaders to promote DEI as a critical imperative and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of clients and employees. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as expertise in DEI best practices and concepts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business experience
• 4+ years of demonstrated success in contributing to and executing DEI strategies and solutions
• Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to build relationships, influence, work across a complex matrix, bring together the collective group, and drive overarching messaging/action/results is critical
