The Service Technician Site Leader will provide local IT leadership and support services for the Allegion Corporate office in Carmel, IN. They will provide strategic guidance and hands-on technical support to ensure a seamless technology experience for all employees, including the Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Supervise and mentor Field Service Technicians and contractors
- Partner with site leadership to align IT priorities with business objectives
- Lead projects that enhance IT operations and user experience
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as the escalation point for complex issues
- Deliver exceptional support for the Executive Leadership Team
- Ensure optimal performance of Microsoft Teams Rooms, meeting spaces and collaboration tools
- Drive adherence to ITIL processes and SLA commitments
- Manage hardware/software lifecycle, including procurement and deployment
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents
- Perform other assigned operational duties
- Support network, server, and security infrastructure at a foundational level
- Optimize Microsoft 365 and related collaboration platforms
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT capabilities and efficiency
- Lead initiatives that enhance the end-user experience
