IT Manager, Manufacturing and Supply Chain

We are seeking an IT Manager, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to play an integral role in building a vision and roadmap for Allegion’s operational sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations ERP, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years working with or supporting of a Manufacturing or Distribution environment
• 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics Finance and Operations ERP or AX2012
• Experience with at least 3 of the 5 core module areas in AX2012 or D365 F&O
• Leadership experience, including managing/mentoring a team of business analysts or equivalent staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adept at requirements gathering, process mapping, and value-based decision making
• Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate effectively with others in person and remotely
• Experience collaborating across MES, ERP, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, integrations, and shared services
