Customer Service Specialist – Customer Services Contact Centre

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in a call centre environment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer experience and respond to telephone inquiries from members with individual and group benefit plans. The position requires a wired network connection and the ability to work a set schedule after completion of virtual training and mentoring.
