Lead Generation Specialist – Individual Products Sales

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify new business leads through various channels for our personal benefit consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in a related field such as marketing or business administration considered an asset
• Experience in sales and lead generation
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and oversight
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using lead generation tools and CRM software
• Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions
