AlayaCare is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the disability sector, focusing on sourcing, developing, and closing new enterprise deals. The role requires a strong understanding of aged care, disability, community care, or adjacent health sectors, as well as experience in SaaS sales and CRM discipline.
Requirements
- 3+ years SaaS sales experience with proven new-business results
- Experience selling into large organisations (250m+ turnover)
- Strong understanding of aged care, disability, community care or adjacent health sectors
- Confident communicator: articulate, credible and skilled at managing diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable with high outbound activity and self-generated pipeline
- Skilled networker who builds relationships long before the deal is live
- Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience welcomed)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with pre-sales and marketing
- Resilient, commercially sharp and motivated by the chase
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
