Job Description
Aiven is seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Technology Manager to lead the execution of their OEM-focused product development. This role focuses on customer engagement, technical leadership, and operational excellence within the OEM landscape. The ideal candidate will streamline delivery processes, foster strong relationships with OEMs, and act as a key point of contact for their needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a leadership position
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- Deep understanding of databases (preferable MySQL)
- Understanding of building high-performing teams and retaining talent
- Experience working in agile and fast-growing tech start-up / scale-up
- Ability to coach and support the career development of your team members
- Technical project management experience
