Job Description
Aiven is seeking a dynamic OEM Technology Manager to lead the execution of OEM-focused product development, focusing on customer engagement and satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with OEMs, resource allocation, team optimization, and delivery execution. The manager will be a key point of contact for OEMs, understanding their requirements and ensuring successful deliveries.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a leadership position
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- Deep understanding of databases (preferable MySQL)
- Understanding of what it takes to build high performing teams and to retain talent
- Experience working in agile and fast-growing tech start-up / scale-up
- Ability to coach and to support the career development of your team members
