Aeon

Aeon is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to developing, owning, and managing affordable housing in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. Since 1986, Aeon has created over 5,600 quality apartment homes, providing stable housing for more than 15,000 individuals annually. Aeon’s core activities encompass affordable housing development, property and asset management, and community revitalization. The organization also provides vital resident support services, with a particular focus on housing for formerly homeless adults and youth.
