Resident Connections Coordinator (Hennepin County)

Aeon is seeking a Resident Connections Coordinator to support Aeon properties in Hennepin County. The Coordinator will build relationships with residents, collaborate with property management and community partners, and connect residents to resources and opportunities that support long-term stability and well-being.

Requirements

• Two or more years of related experience working directly with individuals impacted by mental health challenges, substance use, poverty, homelessness, or trauma, with previous case management or human services experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to interpersonal interactions that are culturally responsive
• Experience working with culturally diverse communities, seniors and/or persons with high barriers
• Commitment to learning and participating in Aeon's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
• Experience in program development and management, and/or volunteer coordination
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with residents, staff, and community partners
