Roving Property Manager

Aeon is seeking a Roving Property Manager to join its team, providing support to properties when no Property Manager is present or when extra help is needed. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading property management teams, experience with affordable housing programs, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading property management teams
• Experience with affordable housing programs (such as Section 8 or Tax Credit)
• Proven track record of preparing, understanding and managing budgets as well as increasing net operating income
• Experience working with individuals experiencing or significantly impacted by mental health, substance use, poverty, and trauma
• Demonstrated ability to engage in interpersonal communication that is culturally responsive
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain positive resident relations resulting in strong resident retention
• A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and regular access to a reliable vehicle
