Advance Charity is looking for a Non-Crimes Domestic Abuse Worker to join their dynamic team. The role involves contacting police cases, providing initial advice and crisis safety planning, and advising women on criminal justice, civil remedies, housing, and related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic violence advocacy, risk management, and safety planning, and be able to work with a high volume of clients with complex and multiple needs.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on survivors and children
- Skilled in risk management and safety planning
