Advance Charity is looking for a Community Key Worker to support women and girls survivors of domestic abuse and those with short-term sentences to reduce offending. The role involves providing holistic one-to-one community support to women with complex needs.
Requirements
- Hold a UK driving license and have access to a car for work purposes
- Be a creative self-starter who can support the service and find innovative solutions
- Have good awareness of Safeguarding procedures
- Have strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviors
- Have experience of supporting women with complex needs
- Have good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions
